Detroit Is Slowly Getting It...

Well, at least the mayor.

Detroit has no less than 49 unions. The mayor's renegotiated with 26 of them, another vote is pending,

Some of those unions represent only a few people: 25 unions covering 1 400 city employees? Given the ridiculous overhead that unions carry, that's obscene for such a small number of workers.

No wonder Detroit is in such trouble.

The mayor has started to understand what the problem is:

You can lead socialists to markets, but you can't make them think.
